Water pollution affect on aquatic animals

Our water has pollution such as trash and poisoned gasses. The pollution makes it hard for animals in the water to get away from predators easier. Therefore killing these types of animals off faster. Another topic the article talks about how the runoff of human females urine causes for gender issues with fish in the water. Thus meaning that there are being less and less males of these fish species. Which in the end causes for there to be less reproduction. These are just a few examples of what water pollution is doing to the aquatic life. We can help make changes to save these animals.

    Teagan,
    I wonder what can be done about the nitrogen levels in our water. Is there a way to prevent contamination? Is there a way to reverse it? Toxic gases is a very scary topic that goes overlooked everyday and not just in terms of water. Farmers have been infecting our food and oxygen with not only pesticides but Carbon dioxide and methane. I feel like it's such a normal thing in society these days that you'd expect a lot more regulations to be in place than there actually is.

      Teagan, I really liked how you incorporated another group’s idea into your blog post. It really goes to show just how interrelated these topics are to each other! I also found your choice in the picture to be well thought out. Your title and picture alone caught my attention because our pollution of water, and air, really does impact the lives of others and I feel that this idea is so overlooked.

 Hannah Bailey  There have been posts about sea levels rising however its not just affecting the sea. The water rising is also affecting the land. There is always the conspiracy that Florida will be fully submerged. It is stated on “the travel” page that Florida could be submerged as soon as 2050. This means that section of land will become apart of the sea life ecosystem. All of the oil preserves, the towns, even maybe cars would be submerged and begin to add more pollution to the ocean.   Wildlife conservation is the way of practicing the protection of the animal species and the  habitats they survive in. The Endangered Species Act,  is the establishment and protection of public lands animals live in, and the responsibility of public practices that conserve wild animal populations.  With The earth continuing to grow at a fast rate, it is also meaning that more and more humans are taking up natural resources. This is endangering the existence of animals and their habitats.  Hannah Bailey Land Reclamation  Land is becoming more scarce as humans produce more technology and as the world wide population continues to increase. Land reclamation is "the process of creating new land from the sea." One way of doing this is by placing certain amount of big rocks and cement into a certain location in the water. To fill in between the rocks they place soil and sand until the new manmade land is at its desired height. This benefits the human race by creating land however, how does this impact our waters? How about the sea creatures? Is this damaging the environment? This does impact all of those things. In areas that use have high amount of crab and fish are seeing less and less. The underwater habitats are being destroyed. There was a reclamation project in China that was restricted for the harm against marine life.
